- NOTE.1: If you have a subject but its result not published or not available, Untick the checkbox of that subjects "Result of this subject is not published" checkbox
- NOTE.2: If you do not have a subject or its a optional subject, and don't want to add that subject 's credit then Untick the checkbox of that subjects "I don't have this subject" checkbox
Step 1: Begin by selecting your department and semester from the dropdown lists.
Step 2: Click the "Enter" button to generate input fields for your selected department and semester. Subjects will be automatically populated based on your selection.
Step 3: For each subject, enter the following information:
- Credit: Ensure the credit value for the subject is valid (a positive number) in the provided field.
- Grade: Choose the grade you received for the subject from the dropdown list.
Repeat this step for all subjects you want to include in the calculation.
Step 4: Once you have entered the details for all subjects, click the "Calculate SGPA" button.
Step 5: The calculated SGPA and percentage will be displayed in a modal window. you can download the result as pdf with your grades.
Step 6: You can opt to clear the input fields by clicking the "Clear" button for a fresh calculation or make adjustments and recalculate your SGPA as needed.
Step 7: You can also calculate the CGPA by selecting the number of semesters and input the SGPA reslts and clicking on the calculate CGPA button.
